We conduct real estate and commercial landlord lockout auctions. Sometime this leads into auctioning heavy equipment, vehicles, jewelry, and much more.  

You can bid at a ZinBid by clicking the auction link next to the desired auction on the homepage, register as a bidder with a credit card, and then you may submit bids.

FOR REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS: The title company that we employ will need to be paid by either 1) cashier's check, OR; 2) wire transfer.

FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY: We accept Zelle, ACH, Wire, or Cash.  A 3% fee will be added to all credit card payments. 

I am a: 

1) real estate associate broker (AZ DEPT RE# 510812000), 

2) mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2585362), 

3) certified personal property appraiser (USPAP), AND

4) and a 3rd generation live, bidding calling auctioneer.  

I have auctioned over 250 properties in a single afternoon, as well as auctioned properties internationally, and in several states through the auspices of The United States Bankruptcy Court. I literally have been to the closing table thousands of times in my career and I look forward to putting my extensive real estate auction knowledge to work for you to obtain the highest dollar amount possible for your property.
