Carl Cunningham is a 3rd generation, Phoenix, AZ-based full-time real estate and landlord lockout auctioneer.  Licensed in 1998, Carl launched ZinBid.com in 2016 to fill in the gap of his commercial landlord client's needs and also serves next-of-kin in probate cases to auction real estate on behalf of the Personal Representative or Trustee.

Carl auctions and sells real property in every spectrum of the industry including brand new multi-million dollar residential properties in Paradise Valley, residential properties that need light remodels, commercial properties, land, and even total scrapes/razings. 

Sunny Mesa, Arizona is where Carl calls home. As a real estate broker with over 28-years experience Carl with his wife of 22 years share their active life with their two very independent boys.

When Carl's not auctioning or creating content, he enjoys freediving, spearfishing, and spending time with his family.
